Requirements for Registration

The minimum criteria to be registered on the SAFDEM database are as follows:

Qualifications - Minimum: Masters Degree or equivalent in-service training

Experience - Minimum 6-10 years professional experience

Languages - English and preferably another international language

Character : Ability to work in a team, flexible, sense of humor; perseverance;

Computer Skills : Min Word processing, Spreadsheets, Email/Internet;

Email Address : Regular access to email

Referees : 3 contactable professional referees

Availability : Able to take leave of absence

SAFDEM has an ongoing recruitment programme and applicants may apply at any time. Applicants complete an Application Form and provide a detailed Curriculum Vitae. Provided they satisfy the initial requirements, applicants would then be called for an interview
